- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time will not be eligible for a refund.
- To cancel a lesson, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Make sure to provide the booking details, including the date and time of the lesson, as well as the name of the child and the class they were scheduled for.
- If the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, we will process the cancellation and refund according to our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds for cancellations made within the permitted time frame (more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson) will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
- Refunds will be provided back to the original payment method used during the booking process. Please allow 5 to 7 business days processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds will be subject to any applicable transaction fees or charges imposed by the payment gateway or financial institution. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Rescheduling Policy:
- If you wish to reschedule a lesson instead of canceling it, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of the class provider.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the lesson start time may not be guaranteed and will be subject to the class provider's availability. In such cases, our customer support team will work with you to find a suitable alternative or discuss other options available.
